Lost Serial Number Recovery Service

If you previously purchased DFX Plus Audio Enhancer Plug-ins, iDFX Plus for iPod, or MP3 Remix Plus but have lost your product serial number, use this service to retrieve your lost serial or serials.
Step 1. Provide your previous email address used to order if different from current. We need the information to search through our records and validate your prior purchase.

Step 2. Then click on the Order button below to submit your information.

Step 3. When you checkout, fill in your billing information with your current email address. We will only charge your credit card and upgrade you if we can validate your prior purchase. If validated a new upgrade serial number will be sent to your current email.
